Recruiting Coordinator (6-month contract - Bilingual: English/Spanish)
Description
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate phone, on-site, and video interviews for candidates
- Engage with candidates directly, whether in-person, via email, or over the phone, to guide them through the interview journey.
- Provide a warm welcome to candidates during on-site visits, showcasing our dynamic work environment and guiding them through meticulously organized schedules.
- Work alongside the broader HR Ops team on initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate's experience.
- Assist in recruitment events, meet-ups, and other activities to bolster talent branding and engagement efforts.
- Craft meticulous offer letters with a keen attention to detail.
- Maintain uniformity in job postings according to our standardized template, ensuring all necessary information is included.
What you’ve done:
- 1 + year experience in a coordinator or HR role
- Prior scheduling & calendar management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Jobvite, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in group and independent work settings
